  • Do not use the Sauna Belt longer than 50 minutes. Switch off the belt after use.

  • Tie this Sauna Belt a little loose, in such a way that you can check every 10 minutes, if your skin is getting red or not. If your skin gets red, reduce the temperature to avoid possible skin injury.

  • If you have sensitive skin, wear Sauna Belt over a T-shirt in order to refrain excess heat from your skin that can cause irritations or burns.

  • Use Sauna Belt at room temperature and not with air conditioner. This will increase its effectiveness and provides great results.

  • Before placing the Sauna Belt to Lose Weight on your skin, be in a comfortable position either lying down or standing up. However, avoid lying on your stomach or sitting down while wearing it, as this could cause problems in the device’s electrical circuit.

  • Avoid the application of any kind of skin cream or other similar product while using the Sauna Belt as your skin pores will be fully open and skin cream could cause an allergic reaction.

  • It is recommended to drink hot milk, tea or coffee while using the Sauna Belt, but don’t go for cold drinks.

  • Don’t use Sauna Belt immediately after having meal, wait at least for two hours after eating.

  • Sauna Belt provides best results when used continuously for about 50 minutes at one time. Do not exceed the limit for per session as it is recommended to use sauna belt only for 40 minutes.

  • Use Sauna Belt for the period of 45 days in one time and then after having the gap of a week you can start using it again.
